Young children who learn about positive mindset will be able to better deal with negative situations which can arise at various stages throughout their life.
What is your favourite childhood book, that most influenced you as a writer?
My favourite childhood book was The Poky little puppy. I enjoyed the storyline, the flow of the book especially the rhythmic narrative.
Have you always wanted to be a writer?
I have always had an interest in sharing information which I feel can benefit others.
Children’s development in the younger years is the most important time to learn key mindset principles.
How long did it take you to write your book?
This book took around six months to write. There were plenty of ideas and topics that I wanted to cover. These ideas needed to flow together to form the storyline.

What is the most challenging thing about writing?
The most challenging part about writing is being able to correlate ideas and themes into an educational and enjoyable storyline.

What do you hope young readers take away with them after reading your book?
After reading my book I hope that young readers can learn that the simple things in life can bring joy, happiness and contentment and negative feelings can be be changed by focusing their attention on a positive aspect.
Smiling is the simplest form of achieving this, as well as being scientifically proven to trick your brain into happiness and boost your health. (NBC News 2018)
