I grew up in western Sydney and enjoyed music, reading and TV growing up.
Describe your writing style in one sentence?
Whimsical!
Tell us about your book?
It’s all in the title – after feeling lonely, Flirtle the Turtle sets out to find a friend and meets a bunch of colourful characters along the way.
Who has influenced you the most in your writing?
My real life best friends and family are my biggest inspirations
If you could take one book away with you to a desert island which book would it be?
‘How to Survive on a Desert Island’ of course!
Do you have any advice for aspiring writers?
Just have fun!
