Andy Martin, residing in Sydney, Australia has worked in the recruitment industry since 2004, having led teams empowering individuals to reach

Andy is also a proud single father of Archie (4). Archie was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate and has undergone two major surgeries to
date. As a result of Archie’s cleft, he attends speech therapy to support his ongoing development, and will have future surgeries to support his livelihood.
