Author Helen Bock

Helen Bock has worked as a teacher of primary students and in early childhood education. As a young primary teacher, she married a cattle grazier then lived and worked at schools and properties over rural Queensland. During the last few years of her teaching career, she was delighted to teach preschool, and it was here that Helen’s enjoyment of picture books began, through introducing the children to their literary journey. Helen and her husband are now happily retired and have time for different adventures, writing and reading, as well as visiting their grandchildren.
