Author Mary Luciano

Mary Luciano is originally from London, England and now lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband and two young sons. Mary is passionate about anything and everything to do with books and loves being immersed in the world of imagination whilst reading with her children. Mary’s first book “I Woke Up This Morning Only To Find” was borne from this desire to connect to the imagination of her children with her love of writing.

“A Busy Garden” was created after Mary observed how her children played in their garden and their interaction with the various insects inhabiting it. Mary sought to express this by giving the insects a voice and exploring some of the functions they play. And all with the backdrop of a beautiful garden, wonderfully captured by Nandina Vines.
